Doesn't seem to have moved very much in the last few hours, Derek also mentions this in another thread. Wonder what the chances are of it stalling for a bit down there?

I think the NHC knows it's a depression but just doesn't want to classify it because it's going inland....similar to the low that formed off North Carolina last weekend. Am I correct?

Well, I don't think the low off the carolinas ever was a depression.

The BOC system very likely is one right now.

It's already moving inland... It isn't moving WNW, I don't believe. More westerly...

The center is still way off the coast and moving very slowly.
