NHC 4 pm maintains 70 mph with NO hurricane watches or warnings. Running out of time quickly. The No's may have it...
NHC also forecasts no significant increase in strength on the 4pm advisory.
So, it's increased 25 mph since 10am today, but now they don't forecasts any strengthening? I think they are probably going to keep it at 70mph for sake. They haven't even issued a hurricane watch, now they have to cover their butts.
