Once again, Derek, thank you. For all of you who live in the US and are affected by storms, and don't realize that all those little dots are places that contain people with lives and homes and activities, NOT all living in little huts on beaches (though some are and they have families and lives as well), please keep that in mind when you say fish, as someone clarified as a storm that does not hit land anywhere. (for the rest who know all that, thanks and disregard)
Just a suggestion to consider. If you are not aware of the chain of islands called the Caribbean islands (with many subnames such as Greater and Lesser Antilles, Windward and Leeward Islands, etc), or those other islands called the Bahamas, or that tiny speck called Bermuda or that rather large land mass called Mexico, there are LOTS of sources online to help you become aware of them and the people who live on them, and for this forum, how storms have impacted them. The history is pretty amazing and might be very informative to curious minds.
