TD 10 is going to hit Miami as a Cat 5, then it will re-intensify over the Gulf, and hit New Orleans in a second landfall as a Cat 5. Not satisfied with its destructive prowess, it will make a sudden re-emergence over the Gulf, make a hard left as Cat 4, and intensify again, and blast Galveston-Houston as a 210 MPH Cat 5, with a pressure of 850 MB.
