I think this if Katrina does hit Pensacola, people are just going to give up and leave the area permantly. I LOVE the panhandle. So beautiful. One of my very top places to visit. The people there are very nice and friendly, too. And I used to envy the people who live there. Sometimes I feel guilty that Louisiana has been spared so many times and they keep getting hit over and over.

I cannot believe you guys will be getting another hurricane. I feel for you again. Katrina looks to become another powerful hurricane. I think she will be an Ivan type storm. There is just to much fuel available. Be safe and prepare. All us Texas posters are hoping for the best for you.

I really hope people prepare just in case Katrina comes this way. I just got back from getting gas as well. One station was out of 87 & 89 and only had 93 available. At another station that had all three grades, but there were one/two car lines for each pump. I'm afraid that the area will be short on gas by tomorrow.
