You can get a good look at her movement in the last frame of this loop. It could be a wobble...or E/SE move..latitude line helps show the movement.

Let me ask this question. Can an ULL affect the path of a storm
and if so what affect will the one approaching the SE Bahamas
have on Ophelia?

Well she may be moving more east and she just expanded or tilted slightly and that gave it the appearance that she was moving SE in that last image. Several more images should tell us more.

Not sure if that link will work or not - I'll have to go look for how to 'shorten' those long urls...

Anyway...on that radar it looks (IMHO) East...East...East...East...then the last couple of frames seem more NE. The NHC calls the movement NE in the 5 pm advisory.
