Understood, weatherwunder. It seems as though there are children as young as 12 years reading this new Harry Potter book with 800 pages and I would figure it would be at least a bit deep for them.


Heck Tom, it might be a little deep for me. I understand and agree with your point. It seems I had a hard time yesterday understanding what people were getting at.

I should have stopped why I was ahead!

Okay. I figure that was apparently the case. But looking in from the outside pre-teens reading such a long, at least somewhat in depth books seem to be too much for them.

As I mentioned a couple days ago... I am not much of a reader. I don't really understand stories too well. I rather read reference books. :)

Richard Scarry books blow HP out of the water. anyone else grow up on those? p

My oldest brother (7 years older than myself)... he is 33 years old now really liked reading Richard Scary's books. I remember reading them when I was growing up, too. I saw one recently when I was in Massachusetts last month at my sister's friend's house, who has two sons.
