Yep...that was my most memorable TWC moment

I guess all my most memorable moments were in the early days of TWC when professionalism existed. John Hope was the ultimate weatherman informing, teaching, explaining the weather. When they used to stay with a hurricane 24-7 until the threat was over. Maybe I'm old fashioned, but I miss those days. Now it's another commercial site with beautiful people hoping for some sensationalism.

Most memorable moment was during Wilma. Watching TWC on a hotel TV in Orlando, seeing shots of Key Largo and thinking, "Hey, that's three feet of water in Ken's back yard. Hey! that's four feet at John's house...HEY! That's my boat washing ashore...!!!"

I always had wondered what it would be like to evacuate and watch a report on TV that happens to show your property getting hammered. Now I know. It's very weird.
