Rubbish. The predictions by accuweather are all likely based on climatology and the common illusion of statistics. They cover their ground by issueing "High Risk" to climotologically favorable spots probobly looking at past seasons with similar winter setups, then if a storm hits the high risk area $$$$ for accu and if it hits a "Moderate" risk area then they aren't accountable since they did say it was possible. It's like saying there is a Moderate-Low Risk that JB will be chased outta the US by an angry mob by the peak of the season.
