A TROPICAL WAVE IS ALONG 37W S OF 11N MOVING W 15 KT. THIS WAVE
HAS WELL DEFINED LOW-LEVEL CYCLONIC TURNING BASED ON THE LAST
FEW VIS PICTURES THIS EVENING. IN ADDITION...CLEAR WAVE
SIGNATURE IS NOTED ON THE VIS DERIVED WINDS AND LOW LEVEL
VORTICITY FIELDS. SCATTERED MODERATE CONVECTION IS MOSTLY BEHIND
THE WAVE AXIS EMBEDDED WITHIN THE ITCZ FROM 1N-8N BETWEEN
28W-40W.

This is the wave that the San Juan office has said in it's discussions can be the best wave so far this year to enter the Caribbean when it arrives in the next few days.

First tropical storm in June not ruled out
PONCE (AP) – National Weather Service Director Israel Matos did not rule out Tuesday that some of the tropical waves that have already formed in the Atlantic Ocean will turn into the first tropical storm, which would carry the name of Alberto.
"In 1999, we had several storms when the season began that developed in the Caribbean; this year, it is possible to have now in June the first tropical storm," he said.
The official said that last year, a tropical storm formed in June in the Gulf of Mexico.
Matos specified that since 1995, the early cyclonic activity in the season has been greater than in previous years.
He added that last year, there were not many cyclonic events to the east of Puerto Rico and that the tropical waves became storms in the Western Caribbean.
