Can someone call Mark Sudduth and check on him?
*** 5 FATAL *** HIGHWAY PATROL REPORTED TORNADO TOUCHDOWN NEAR HOLLYTREE DR. AND HWY 87 NEAR THE CAUTION LIGHTS AT RIEGELWOOD. SEVERAL HOMES DEMOLISHED WITH FATALITIES.
That was near him...don't know how close though...

EDIT: Forgot to say that my dad got home from work early...Cherry Point lost power...(at least his shop did anyways) for those who dont know, Cherry Point is a Marine Corps Air Station...

Just got to my other job here in Philly, the trip from NJ was HORRENDOUS! Blinding rain, lightening and the winds!!!! The wind slammed the door on my knee....owwwwwww, then when I go to get out of the car the door got grabbed by the wind, wowow! The old man just imed me and told me that the lights are flickering in the apartment, so have to see what happens as the night goes on.

here in DC, it rained and was breezy. there is now water on the ground and people are fussing over it like its the end of the world. :x

FORTUNATELY, no really damage here either.

I had about .6 inches of rain in my rain gauge this morning from yesterday's storms.
