Seldom before 2 am. Usually up at 8:30 am. Retired and no one to tell me nay. If I am having a bad night and not sleeping well, I just get back up. I can take a nap if needed.

Some interesting responses. How do you last all day if you only sleep 4 hours a night? I couldn't do it.

Sunday - Thursday night, I try to get to bed by 10:30pm, and, I'm up by 6:15am.

Friday and Saturday nights, I'm usually in bed by 12-ish and up by 9:30am-ish.

For me it usually depends on work. I went to bed Friday night at 8pm. I usually goto bed around 2am. During hurricane season, when theres an active storm close to land, 5 or 5:30 at the latest then get up at 7 and be at work around 8. I can handle it most of the time. I then after a while get used to the schedule and can do it and make it through the day as if I got 7-8 hours of sleep. BTW im 22 so I can still adjust.

LOL, MissHurricane, when I was your age, I could work 3pm-11pm shift, then, ride
to Nashville and party all night, and, hit home about sunrise... sleep a few
hours, and, get up and do it, again. I'm envious!
