JB was saying that "something" should move toward the TX area in his videos today...and Jeff Master's also mentioned the possibility in his blog. However, it is still yet to be seen as to whether that "something" is a tropical cyclone or just added moisture. At the moment..given the date..I think the best bet is to just assume it will be added moisture and not a tropical cyclone. If the ECMWF is right, then this moisture might even play a key role in a potential severe weather event across the southern plains late next week or next weekend.
