wow! That's quite a train lined up over Africa!! Activity is going to SERIOUSLY get popping over the next 2 weeks. You can just feel it in the air. First time I felt that this year....

We've got some SST'S that would support some slow and gradual development of a system moving 10+ kts per hour.

Inside Africa these systems look great once they emerge off the coast those ULL will kill whatever develops.

that was then, but the ULL's should start diminishing big time by next week and as climatology shows, the storms will prevail!!! The calendar is all I need to go by and the fact we are going into late August. The ULL's shall be defeated..........

Interesting that apart from the African area GFS starts to jump a little bit on the Caribbean area.
