* AT 327 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE
WARNED AREA. RADAR ESTIMATES THAT BETWEEN TWO AND THREE INCHES OF
RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER SOUTHERN MCDONALD COUNTY OVER THE LAST HOUR.
ADDITIONAL RAINFALL WILL BE POSSIBLE THIS AFTERNOON.
* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO
