you know watching water vapor, et al, I can't figure out what she is doing. First it looked like she was going to be absorbed by Igor, but now she is getting a burst and now is she trying to be pulled into an outer band of Igors or not? I am really wondering how this is going to affect Igor in the end.

Pretty much what is being forecast. A gradual spin down of Julia, with the remnants eventually being absorbed into what will be a ET-transitioning Igor, but not for several more days.
