99L Thread 7: Data, Analyses, Interpretations, Conclusions

We are gathered here today to mourn the loss of our beloved 99L. It was a great INVEST, that fooled us into thinking it was going to be a tropical cyclone four times. We first caught a glimpse of it on July 18, when the CMC called for a massive storm that never developed. 99L traversed the Atlantic and the Caribbean, comforting us, making us laugh, breaking the server, testing our patience, and being a friend. In our hearts, he will always be known as what could've been Dean. We'll miss you 99L. Rest in Peace.
