Tonight Kurt and I will enjoy a romantic dinner at El Chamol. The special menu includes wine, lobster bisque or Belgian endive/goat cheese salad, Chilean seabass or veal ossobucco, and coconut creme brulee or Grand Marnier-and-fresh fruit crepes. We'll probably order one of each between the two of us and share "bites." :P

Was going to be a steak dinner, but hubby said lets order from our favirote Italian place, so thats what we are doing. He brought home McDees for the kids so I didn't have to worry about nothing. I am having the eggplant parm, with salad and bread knots, he will be having a sausage calazone. :P

Valentines Day was just a regular day for me since I am not dating anyone at the present time. I had to work until 9 p.m. So, I just grabbed Quiznos before heading to work. Very early dinner. A small Chicken Mesquite sub and a bag of jalapeno chips. Only thing I ate all day.

Kurt's in Dallas the next few days, so I had breakfast for dinner -- oatmeal with raisins, a banana, and a glass of milk.

I really miss my oatmeal, I have been on a diet and not eating that for breakfast anymore, instead a shake. I love my oatmeal. :(

Tonight is it is fried chicken from Publix, fresh steamed broccoli and fresh corn on the cob. Had to take the grandson to the Dr. this afternoon because he has came down with a case of impetigo requiring a very expensive anti biotic to cure it.

Ate a very late lunch at 2 p.m. at Western Sizzlin after the Mardi Gras parade. I was pretty hungry, so I ate a salad. Some jumbo shrimp and fries. I had also a steak that came with it. But, only ate a few bites. I found it was too tough. I gave half of it to my 7-year old little cousin who was with me.
