You have no proof for it, so how can there be "no doubt" when the index is saying it's not annular? Provide some proof please.

Sometimes you have to throw the models out the door and "eye" cast. Use your own two eyes and look at the darn thing.

Its getting very close to getting rid of the inner eyewall. each hour its little by little clearing out, but alomost perfect cicrcle on the outer eye

Don't see where it got personal. This is not an annular hurricane as proven.

Regardless, they have to be completely gone (and from what I learned on the PDF below, it has to persist for at least 3 hours before it can be called Annular).

Here is a good article on Annular Hurricanes, which will show Bertha is NOT an Annular Hurricane, per the definition: The definition is on the third page of the PDF I believe.

Sorry, but having rainbands doesn't disqualify a storm from being annular, just so long as its only in visibility. For instance, 98's Howard, used as an example of annularity, had a giant rainband.



99's Beatriz also had noticeable rainbands.
