I think this area might get a mention in the next TWO. Convection and vorticity is increasing and it appears to have high pressure above it.

Couple good puffs of convection and as it gets south of Hispaniola it may get some convective lift from the circulation northeast of Cuba. Might be too much shear unless that ULL lifts out though.

Convection has waned again as the wave is traversing just south of Hispaniola. I am not expecting this wave to develop any time soon. 20 kts of shear already exists in the area where it is now and with ULL just off the Northern coast of Cuba continue to keep conditions unfavorable.
