Anyway, smokers have a right to smoke. I just believe that I have a right not to have to breathe that smoke if I go somewhere in public. Think of people with children, who have chosen not to smoke because of their children. They would like to go out in public without their kids having to breathe in smoke. I can't tell you how many times I've been walking into Walmart or somewhere like that and start gagging on all the smoke because everyone conglomerates just outside the door since they can't smoke inside. I want to go in the store. I just don't think I should have to plow through a plume of smoke to get there.

Of course this new ordinance helps that a little. Now you just have to dodge them where they conglomerate a little farther away from the door. That's fine though...that seems fair enough.
Frick...about no smoking in your car with a child 10 years old or younger. So if they're 11, it's ok to give them second-hand smoke but not if they're 10. ooook
Ya gotta wonder how they came up with that age!
