Earl pulling it together again? Seems the dry air has disipated and we're seeing some better outflow and banding...

It almost appears as if he takes a little jog west on the end of that loop, too..

One other thing of note. It has yet to cross Gulf stream.
Eyes don't relocate when you're a hurricane like Earl! Leave that for weak systems!!
