Just heard them say that the waves and surges in Galveston shouldn't get worse, I think it is way too early to say that with a possibility of this staying at or near the coast for almost a week, that would cause tides, surges and waves to build up the whole time.

GOES-16 ADT still has Harvey maintaining a warm medium grey eye on the BD IR curve of about 15ºC.

What's that?
The El Reno tornado in 2013 was the first time storm chasers actually died from a tornado while chasing. It killed even professional scientific chasers like Tim Samaras.

TWC: Reports of a little blue building flying down the State Road 35.. all kidding aside.. the blue building is not made for other building debris to crash into it.. it was never a safe place to hunker down for that reason.
