Yep, the outer fringes of the wave are beginning to most offshore as we speak....

It has the shape of an already formed system while still over land.

We should start seeing it gain latitude around hour 132 if the previous 18z trend verifies. Let's see what happens.

also if you are looking at the current sat views there is quite a bit of dry air to the north....

I say that the secomd wave behind has it slow because already the wave is in Central Africa.

The islands had better hope the 00z nogaps is wrong as the system even in the long range 6-7 days continues w/wsw with well established ridging to the north and a strengthening storm near 13.5/50w.
