The latest GFS, UKMET, NAM, and FIM appear to be in collusion to ruin my vacation.. What a difference 12 hours makes.

That trend is rather impressive considering the time frame. This should be watched very closely by those along the SE U.S.

It's quite possible TS watches go up for FL within the next 12 hours.

Yeah the set up is eerily reminding me of David '79 being here in Jax. But, Matthew obviously is much worse being a potential Cat 4 impacting the region.

Probably hurricane watches will be needed, not TS watches

It's quite possible. I just don't know how conservative NHC wants to go. They can always start with TS watches and upgrade to cane watches if model trends persist.
