Buoy 42001 reports sustained winds of 29 Knots out of the ESE. I think she'll probably get T.S. status even though it's center is ill defined.

The NHC has also plotted the new center on the floater. Looks like its starting to get wound up a bit. I would not be suprised if the next advisory, Cindy will be born.
