Even on the Key West radar you can see that everything is rotating more around a point closer to the NHC's location. The storms don't appear to rotating around the blob on the right.

Is it just me or has the stationary front started moving? If so the track might change dramatically.

simple enough....
the 2am position is still offshore right?
with that said recon flew through that position and found only W WSW and w winds roughly!
and almost no pressure falls no winds above 20 kts

so explain how the center can be there..

It's not, it's clearly inland, satellite and radar support it.

The radar-indicated inland circulation, if traced back, would go back to the leftward "kink" in the track near the reef.

The storms this year are like stage-magicians doing misdirection tricks with multiple circulations.

If it is now inland it isn't in the blob on the right because the blob on the right is rotating around the center like all the other convection. The center is where the NHC says it is or very near it.

The center went inland about 2 hours ago. This should be reflected in the 5am advisory when the RECON data is introduced, as well as the satellite eclipse being over.
