Hey FCI but NWS is forecasting up to 55mph gusts for Palm Beach County tomorrow and if Fay takes the right side of the cone -- which keep creeping east then Palm Beach County should get some nasty weather tomorrow in my opinion and those gusts could be even higher. Right now Palm Beach County is in a lull but that should change later on tonight.

Personally I think Palm Beach County school should be closed.

At this time, they have not announced their decision and I tend to agree with you that they will close the schools and I think that is a mistake.

The NWSFO Melbourne WRF model showed Fay slowing and stalling near Key West tonight, too. I don't think Fay will sit over Key West for 24 hours, but I don't think it will resume its previous quicker forward motion, either.

Definite jog eastward but I will go with NHC and say it will continue Northward.

Anyone ready for flooding? At least Lake Ocachobee will see some refilling.

Roads have already begun to flood in south east miami dade, this was as of a few hours ago before some really strong bands came through.

From that radar view, Fay actually looks good for the first time since she began her awful trek.

To my very untrained eyes that looks like it has a more easterly component to it now but to be honest with you, my hearing is about shot and my eye sight is following suit...

Yup.
A day off for the kids that, in my opinion; is unecessary.

The cells offshore North Miami Dade / Broward County are showing signs of rotation and stronger wind gusts. They'll move onshore Broward County during the next hour

I just drove through the cell that I see now produced the tornado warning in Boca. Upon review it looks like these 2 cells were bow echoes, and it appears another 2 are inbound. CAREFUL!!! MASSIVE rain, sharp wind from the east - This was at turnpike/coconut creek, and the storm appears to have produced a TVS in west boca.

The next set look to come ashore in the next 15-30 mins at around the same locale.

Dave Bernard on Channel 4 said something is going on...it appears storm hasn't moved in 2 hours much.

Per Ed Rappaport at NHC:
They've noticed the indications of rapid motion/tornadic activity. Worst of that has moved N of the lower Keys. We'll see more over the peninsula tonight and in the morning. I think what we're seeing (the easterly jog/move) is a reorganization of the center and strengthening. The northward heading is still the best one to follow, and that would bring the center over the coast of SW FL, and the conditions in SE FL should begin to improve tonight and into the morning.

This Radar loop leaves little doubt about organization.
