Where can I find this radar?

Its an app called Radarscope. Costs ten dollars every year. Markalot has a more expensive version that I believe costs thirty dollars for an advanced view like lightning strikes and a few other features.

I'm surprised here are still no Hurricane Warnings up. (Unless I've missed them)

Mesoscale models do show most of the rainfall staying offshore and near the coast

I'm seeing the same thing on radar but don't know if it's really moving eastward or its just the western wall wrapping up better.

It looks a tad better than I expected, but there is still almost no structure to the south side. It would have to make big structural changes to make it beyond a weak Cat 1. There's just too much shear and dry air. The rainfall definitely shouldn't be underestimated though, that's some serious moisture to the North West.

Also, to the northwest it was partially blue skies with a nice bright sunset.
Nicholas is basically half a storm and I am on the edge.

Same thing here in Alvin. I was surprised to see the bottoms of sunlit clouds. Cooler out there than it was earlier today, too. Rain-entrained air from aloft, maybe?

That shear is still shoving what ever tries to wrap around back into itself. Doubt it because Texas Ain't no brown ocean, its a brown desert.

Not on this part of the Gulf Coast it ain't!

A weak Cat 1 is already quite some achievement considering people were writing off that possibility just a few hours ago.
