conversion from 700mb is around 0.8 in outer vortex and around 0.9 in eyewall

ok - on the NOAA flights I know the winds are the 6th from left, I can't remember on the other flight which column it is (someone spoiled us for a long time posting them with a fomula!) :D

Eye dropsonde, the wind got blacked out so don't know how accurate of a drop it was.
