Dr. Philip J. Klotzbach's April Forecast: what to expect
In December '07 the forecast was 13/7/3 and by this Tuesday I don't expect much of a change.

Thats interesting.
Yes, I found that statement interesting as well. I took a look and its a big big difference over last year in regards to SST'S in the Eastern Atlantic

Yeah, no comparison at all to the SST of '05, not unless he is also refering to the fact that the Azores high is weaker than the last couple of years and windshear is already running below average in the tropical Atlantic.

My opinion is that Philip J. Klotzbach will raise by one the set of numbers from December.We will know in a few hours.

Normally, they release them the night before the day they say, so I will be looking for it tonight.
