91L moving NW?

looks to me the westward movement has become NW last few hours, is this the case or has dude had one to many to drnk tonight

I'll say it has a bit of a northernly component, perhaps the last few frames are showing that and a trend may continue.

Shortwave IR shows the invest still moving west (LLC on the SW'ern edge of the large scale cloud mass)

SF, I honestly see what you mean by the westward movement. I should of been more specific, saying that the convection that has developed is moving a bit to the north.

No problem, Tom. The convection itself is being directed WNW. I actually directed my joke about too much to drink at hurricanedude since his post was

SF. I know you were directing your joke to hurricanedude. I answered him and you commented... so I figure I answer you.

We have seen lows develop under convection after a certain area of a feature has been declared the center... so the movement of the convection to the WNW may be important to an untimate location for the surface low as it moves basically westward.
