Former Smokers

#1 Postby Cookiely » Tue Jul 01, 2008 5:55 am

I recently quit smoking - Two months, two days, 7 hours, 49 minutes and 59 seconds. 1266 cigarettes not smoked, saving $158.31. Life saved: 4 days, 9 hours, 30 minutes. Maybe these surveys can help in the future. It takes about ten minutes. Moffitt is a great cancer center in Tampa and does wonderful state of the art research. To take the survey click on the link below.

FORMER SMOKERS: Have you quit smoking in the past year?

If so, the Tobacco Research & Intervention Program at the Moffitt Cancer Center and the University of South Florida would like your opinions.

To help us develop better quit smoking programs, we have created a short survey about your experiences quitting smoking.

We would be grateful if you could take 5-10 minutes to complete the survey.

The survey is completely anonymous, and we won’t ask for any identifying information. Here is the link:

Please disregard this post if you have previously completed this survey.

Many thanks!

Congratulations on quitting . I am a nonsmoker daughter of a father who smoked two packs a day when he was alive.
