I came across this article while looking at oil prices. As soon as I saw the article, I thought Omaha better be on that list. It is, along with two suburbs (of which one I live in).

4. Franklin, Indiana
5. Clay, New York
6. Plainfield, Indiana
7. Marion, Iowa
8. Omaha, Nebraska
9. Clinton, Michigan
10. Bellevue, Nebraska
11. Russellville, Arkansas
12. Mission Bend, Texas
13. Arnold, Missouri
14. Des Moines, Iowa
15. Spring, Texas
16. Lake Jackson, Texas
17. Janesville, Wisconsin
