Where and when will Fay form?

I say around 35-45 west over the Eastern-Centeral Atlantic below 20 north. On August 10th.

From the wave that as just exited the african coast, IF, (and its a big IF) it can get going and somehow get through that SAL outbreak in front of it IMO we could get FAYE from this, unless 99L pulls a crafty one :lol:

Yeah that does seem a decent bet right now.

Fay kind of has a ring to it...an easy name to remember. Hopefully there will be no reason to.
