Ahhhh yesh, cooler air, the light is different and the MOST wonderful smell fills the air..."HATCH CHILIS" roastin' over an open fire We bought 25lbs. of chilis and spent the evening roasting them on the BBQ grill....YUM, GREEN CHILI CHEESEBURGERS! (urp, heartburn!)
