They still need to find a closed surface low Colin. Winds alone aren't enough but it's definitely looking more interesting today. :-)

Two things to find ... a closed low level center - and sustainable winds - those intense bands of thunderstorms can produce very high wind gusts.

Using Marshall's conversion page 50 kts = 57.58 mph! :D :wink:

I wonder if it was mechanical? How many OBS did they do before they left? Looks like we have another flight heading in tonight. :-)
