Christmas Partying/Never Forget Ike

Last night, I went to a bunch of Christmas parties. Good time to see friends again, especially after Hurricane Ike affected Texas. Christmas really shows how thankful we are and at the time how life is short and good time to reconnect with friends for the Christmas season, especially in light of what is going on in the world. At the same time, sadly, some will not see their family and friends again because of horrible disasters like Ike, Katrina, and 9/11. 9/11 really affected me, despite the fact it has been seven years. The World Trade Center is gone. We should never forget.
