April Fools Day Pranks banned by city officials

Wow, I guess they're really cracking down. A few cities nation-wide are starting to take initiative about this holiday. Chicago, Albany, St. Paul and a few other major cities are issuing outright bans on the holiday. It's on a few news channels. I mean, it is a stupid holiday, I agree... but it's just innocent fun. Ya know, the MAJOR pranks can be hurtful but small stuff is okay...

I don't know, the entire nation is just too sensitive. What do you guys think?
