Beautiful, frightening images! But I wish there were landmasses in the shot to compare Tip to.

There is; All of Asia is that little bit of land to the left. You can just barely make it out.

This is not a Hurricane. It is however a Super Typhoon. Super Typhoon Tip, currently the strongest storm of Tropical origins ever recorded. Also the largest.

There are however, a few storms that are estimated to be stronger, specifically Gay and Angela.
