40W Disturbance Circulation?
Got a couple of interesting ship reports from just south of that blob of tstms near 10N/39W. Now both ships are in thunderstorms, so this doesn't mean that there actually are west winds due to a LLC, but interesting nonetheless:

Steve I'm not sure what you mean by limp, but it is looking pretty healthy to me. convection continues to blossom and appears to be trying to wrap the mid-level center. I still don't see any low-level spin yet, but if this trend continues it wouldn't surprise me if it started to show. Appears that this system is trying to start up! As we know it has got to reach the surface, which it hasn't imo, but it sure is trying I think.

This wave is the most I worrie now as it may develop and has plenty of warm water ahead with ideal condtions.
