Will the RECON find 115 knots or stronger winds? I think a little stronger.

I'm not sure why they're flying this either, but perhaps due to the low number of missions so far this year it's also being used as a training flight...
True that what they find is also of use to the thousands on the sea and it the air, so even though it might not reach land it's still a human issue...
Of course in the military our civilian term of "needlessly putting lives at risk" doesn't apply, since to the military danger is just part of their job, so to the crew is just another day at the office (lol)...
