Storm2K has lost another member-Durel Millet passed away

#1 Postby vbhoutex » Thu Jun 23, 2011 4:11 pm

It is with great sadness that I announce that LaPlaceFF(Durel Milliet) has passed away. I am not at all sure of any details, but his FB page indicates he passed away sometime between June 14 and June 19. I am posting a link to his FB page. http://www.facebook.com/durelm
For those who don't know who he is he went by LaPlaceLL here at S2K and underwent a stem cell transplant last year to try and get rid of his Hodgkins Cell Lymphoma. He fought a long hard fight but apparently there were complications he could not overcome after he came home. He was a long time member here and when he was well was a big contributor. R.I.P. Durel, you will be missed.

Aw man!! Durel may have lost his battle to cancer, but he's in a better place now. I remember we were discussing the wild weather in the Dallas/Fort Worth area from T.S. Hermine. May Durel Rest In Peace.

My prayers and deepest condolences go out to Durel's family.

I recently lost my father as he passed away in March. I am still in mourning personally, so I pray that God gives Durel's family peace and strength!
