Morning Visible Image of Tropics With Land/Ship Plots

#1 Postby wxman57 » Wed Aug 27, 2003 8:30 am

I just snapped a shot of my desktop. Clearly, we have TD 10 in the eastern Atlantic. The wave along 43W has a nice are of convection near 20N but I can't see definite evidence of a LLC.

As for the wave near the DR, it's just that - a wave. NO doubt about it. Absolutely NO evidence of any LLC. Pressures are fairly high there, too.
