TD10 is near tropical storm strength.

The center of Tropical Depression #10 as of 11 am is 15.1 north, 37.0 west or 820 miles west of the southern most tip of the Cape Verde Islands.

Movement is west at 21 mph. A slower motion to the west is anticipated throughout the forecast period. Maximum sustained winds are 35 mph. further strengthening is expected and TD10 is expected to become a tropical storm later today. It's near tropical storm strength right now as we speak. Fabian is the next named storm on the list. Minimum central pressure is 1007 millibars or 29.74 inches.

The later portion of the forecast suggest a hurricane with 75 mph winds later in the period. The northern Leeward Islands maybe threatened as well as Puerto Rico. Stay tuned.
