Both are projected to be hurricanes but about 94L until a defined center is iniciated as a TD intensity is somewhat more suspect.

Until it clears 18n I and all here in Puerto Rico never let our guard down because you never know if Fabian continues west all the way into the islands and again until it clears 18n the latitud of Puerto Rico,the VI and the northern leewards we will be concerned in the islands.

So the TD invest if I am correct the models have it going anywhere from Brownsville to lets say just south of Galveston? I sure hope I am wrong!
