Emergency at School this afternoon

This afternoon as the kids were being let out for the day, a fire rescue and a ambulance pulled up in to the school yard. One of the students in the last class of the day had fallen and broken a bone. This kid was born with brittle bone disease and is not supposed to participate in physical activity outside, decided to join in what they were doing. Not sure how bad he was hurt but the school did the right thing by getting a ambulance to take him to the hospital. I hope that his parents do not decide to sue the school . Their child has had a note on file at this school since kindergarten about his not participating in physical activities where he might get hurt. So in this instance, it was the child who decided to join in the activity. He was not asked to join in.
