Tropical System over Black Sea?

A cyclone with Tropical caracteristic occured on the 15 Jun 2013 over Black sea.
The sea surface over Black sea is 22.5- 23°C in this Day.
It rapidly weakened and moved south/East during the June 16 with tropical depression intensiti (25 kts).

The remaining of the depressione moved South-East on Jun 16-17 with medium thunderstorm activity in the little center (LLC).

Another tropical storm over Black Sea (tropical storm intensity) occured on September 2005 over 26°c sea surface:

Wow it does look like a tropical, or at least subtropical, storm!

Looks like an MCV to me at least at the start.

It was a very warm environment in those days over the Black Sea.
Noting the vigorous circulation around the cyclone center, it seems that the model is not representative of actual isobaric gradient around the cyclone studied (This often happens with a mesoscale cyclones ). There was a low pressure, with moderate vorticitY, it was a cyclonic system, not a MCV:
