Over/Under guess for Lorenzo to form: September 1st?

I am probably thinking that Tropical Storm/Hurricane Lorenzo would form on September 1st.
Agreed or will he form later/earlier?

Maybe earlier depending on how many storms ramp up in June, July & August.

This season is reminding me of 2005 a little. Andrea affected Florida just like Arlene did and Barry affected Mexico just like Bret.

I'm going to assume Lorenzo would form after September 1st, most likely late September/early October. In 2010 the "L" storm formed on Sep. 20th, in 2011 it formed on Sep. 1st, and in 2012 it formed on Aug. 30th. Of course the last 3 seasons had 19 storms. This year I'm going with 15-17 storms. And in 2004 the "L" storm formed on Sep. 19. Of course 2004 is one of the analog years for this season and fits the best with the potential number of storms we could have.
