Tropical Wave in Northwest Caribbean

This tropical wave is catching my attention (a little) today:

Low Level Vorticity is increasing:

The clouds are showing some curvature:

Shear is pretty low:

What do y'all think?

Looks like it is interacting with an upper level low circulation just north of Cuba. Will probably simmer down again as it moves further west away from the shear influence.

There is one upper low ne of Cuba and another near Honduras moving west. The area you pointed out is flaring in the space between them.
